Stefanie E. Frame

Actor

Stefanie E. Frame is thrilled to be in Tivoli working with tangent Theatre and AboutFACE Ireland.  Past work includes originating the role of Victoria in the Off-Broadway premiere of Extinction (Cherry Lane Theatre); Maria in Twelfth Night (Lake George Theatre Lab); Jinx in Love Sick (FringeNYC).  Outside of theatre, Stefanie has worked extensively in the realm of independent films, with some of the highlights being They’re Out of the Business (IFC Films), Happy Hour (Gigantic Pictures), Babyland (Sundance 2011), and You Don’t Know Me (Audience Choice Award, NYC Downtown Short Film Festival).  On TV, she narrated the PBS documentary Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives and appeared in the SpikeTV miniseries The Kill Point.

Gabe McKinley

Actor

An actor, comedian and award winning playwright.  As an actor, Gabe has performed at most of New York’s smallest and dirtiest theaters  As a comedian he has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall to the Upright Citizens Brigade.  Some of his plays include The Kitchen Sink PlayExtinction and the upcoming CQ/CX.

Anna Nugent

Actor, NEWvember co-Producer, Director

Anna is so excited to be part of the talented NEWvember family! Anna began working with Tangent with their first pub-reading at Dennehy’s in NYC, since then she has appeared in over a dozen Tangent readings from NYC to the Hudson Valley. Anna also appeared in their production of Doubt as Sister James and co-produces with Tangent and her husband Paul on the web series Northern Blue (part of the Anna Nugent TV Cop campaign). Anna is a freelance actor, founder member/Co-Artistic Director of AboutFACE Theatre Company in Dublin, Ireland and owner/director of Story Haven, creativity workshops for kids. She is a member of LPTW & AEA and works with INKubator at Art House, the Playwrights Gallery and ESPA – all helping playwrights to develop new work. Ann Osmond

Actor

Ann Osmond is an actor and singer who has performed in NY, CA, on national tours and abroad. She originated the role of Carlyle in “The Stonewater Rapture”, by Pulitzer and Tony award-winning playwright Doug Wright (Fringe First award winner, Edinburgh Festival Fringe). Other favorites include the title role in “Tamara” (Los Angeles) and Jessica in “Lust and Pity” at the West Bank Cafe. Recent film credits include Cindy in “Peace, Love and is Misunderstanding” (dir. Bruce Beresford, starring Jane Fonda), a 2012 release. Tangent pub readings include Dinner With Friends, Speed the Plow, Proof and Closer. Audrey Rapoport

Actor

Audrey was recently seen locally in VOICETheatre’s production of “Hay Fever” as Judith Bliss (directed by Shauna Kanter).  In addition to numerous plays in LA, San Francisco, and NYC, she’s performed with The Groundlings, Acme Comedy Theatre, and at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival.  Her film and TV roles range from a saucy bartender to a 1960s White House employee, with several stops in between. Audrey is the recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Natalie Schaefer Award; and several DRAMA-LOGUE and LA WEEKLY Drama Awards.  She currently teaches acting and comedy improvisation at School of Visual Arts in NYC.  Mark your calendars:  January 27th, 28th, 29th, 2012 – “Audrey Rapoport’s Funny Stories” will be performed at the Kleinert James Gallery in Woodstock, NY.  She’s in that, too!

Jared Reinmuth

Jared is thrilled to be a part of the NEWvember Festival.  Recent New York credits include the HADLEY Players production of The Devil and Elijah Muhammad, Andrea Fulton’s One Drop andThe Pardoner’s Tale for UP Theater Company. He took part in the People’s Theatre Project Spring Reading Festival premiering three new plays: Paula Gilovich’’s Le Roy, Le Roy, Le Roy24 Hours at Tiempo by Carlos J. Serrano and The Lords of Wye by Joshua Vink. His adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ Le Comte de Monte Cristo was recently presented at The Players Club. Jared is eternally grateful for the love of his life, Saluda.

Andrea Rhodes

Andrea Rhodes (Producer) is one of the co-founders of Tangent.  She produced Doubt, The Zoo Story, wanderers, Subway Series, Down in the Depths, Quick & Dirty, Waiting for Godot, Tangent’s pub-readings in New York and the Hudson Valley, The Local (short film) and Northern Blue (TV short).  She manages advertising projects through her consulting work, Gig Marketing, and is a member of New York Women in Film & Television.

Micheal Rhodes

Actor, Director, Producer NEWvember, Artistic Director Tangent Theatre Company

Michael Rhodes is Tangent’s artistic director.  Acting credits with Tangent include Waiting for Godot, Quick & Dirty, The Local, The Attractive Women on the Train, wanderers, The Zoo Story and as Father Flynn in Doubt.  Other plays: The Burglar of Suburbia, Goose and TomTom and Edward Albee’s Three Tall Women (American, Off Broadway premieres). He recently appeared in Half Moon Theatre Company’s Circle Mirror Transformation in Poughkeepsie and their10 Minute Play Festival in Millbrook. Numerous pub readings include The Zoo Story, Sight Unseen, The Lonesome West, Lobby Hero, Art, Dinner with Friends, American Buffalo and Proof, to name a few.  He has written the plays wanderers, American Success Story, The Local, Down in the Depths, RSVP and A Short Distance Correctly for theAtrainplays, which appeared in their “Best Of” series.  He co-founded Tangent in 2000.

Vin Roca

Technical Director

Vin Roca (Technical Director) is a graduate of SUNY Purchase College where he received his MFA in scenic design. He lived in Los Angeles for ten years where he pursued both a technical career in theatre and acting.  He moved back to Dutchess County, New York six years ago and has worked for Signet Staging as Principle Lighting Director. He has been fortunate to light such notables as Former President Bill Clinton, Former President George W. Bush, Former Vice President Al Gore, Jane Goodall and Monica Mancini, just to name a few. Currently he is the Technical Director at The Richard B. Fisher Center For The Performing Arts at Bard College.

Greg Skura

Actor, Director

Greg Skura recently directed and co-produced the site-specific world premiere of Barry Gifford’s Hotel Room Trilogy at the Roger Smith Hotel in NYC.  Part of tangent since 2003, prior work includes directing the first cast of Edward Albee’s The Zoo Story and reading “James” in The Burglar of Suburbia at The Black Swan.  With tangent NYC: performing in Waiting for Godot, Subway Series and Michael Rhodes’ The Local (stage and film versions); directing tangent’s award-winning production of David Riedy’s Quick & Dirty.  Greg can currently be seen in Rockstar Games’ “L.A. NOIRE” and in the AdoptUsKids national TV campaign.
